I didn’t read about restaurants. I lived them.
15 years. 2 locations. Thousands of services. And now software for what I suffered as an owner.
I opened the first restaurant without knowing what I didn’t know. I learned food cost from real losses, not courses. I hired, fired, hired again. I slept in the kitchen before inspections.
I built the second restaurant differently — systems, processes, better people. It went better. Not because of luck, but because I already knew what to avoid.
Black swans simply appear. Nobody warns you a pandemic is coming or that war breaks out at your border and changes everything — customer patterns, suppliers, the whole logic of the business. The only difference between those who make it and those who don’t is how well they already know their own business before chaos starts.
LocalPulse came from the frustration that there was no clear permit guide for Romania. I built it. LogiPrime came from needing to control stock without Excel. I built that too.
