1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• The emails you send us: your name, email address and what you write.
• Minimal technical data: IP address and request data, in the server logs.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• To reply and send you an offer — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
• To keep the site running and secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share it with

• Vercel — site hosting and server logs;
• Cloudflare — forwarding of emails sent to ancprime.ro addresses;
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where we receive emails;
• public authorities, only when the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The providers above are based in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, as applicable.

6. How long we keep it

Emails: 12 months from the last contact, unless you become a client. Server logs: the short period kept by the provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to us at contact@ancprime.ro and we will reply within one month; for complex or numerous requests this may be extended by two further months, in which case we will tell you within the first month. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
